Nikon D800E issues

Sorry, the issues with the D800 are not fixed now.
1) live view does not work
2) resizing the captured image crashes the program.

I used the defaults.. so no preferences changed.. just install, connect the camera capture a picture.
This was using nikon Raw format and the system is an iMac
I tried the version in the app store and the latest version from the web site.
